When that collection ended in 2009, it left collectors wanting for more, so the U.S. Mint next introduced The America the Beautiful Quarters, each highlighting a national park or other national historic site for each state and territory. Now, you can acquire a set of elegant and festive Christmas ornaments featuring the state quarters for your own state from both historic coin series. With the first of these coins last issued over 20 years ago, it is becoming more difficult to find these quarters in pristine, uncirculated condition. What’s more, each uncirculated coin featured on these ornaments is highlighted with pure platinum and 24kt gold to make it even more special!
